As a Personal & Professional Coach, I work with a wide range of clients and offer a personalized approach tailored to each individual. In a supportive, solution-focused, and goal-oriented way, I help clients attain the personal and professional growth and wellness they are striving for. While the coaching I provide can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Coaching is distinct from traditional therapy as it is not designed to address psychological issues. The primary focus of coaching is to help you identify and commit to your goals, develop constructive skills and habits, and of course achieve your goals with the success you desire. There is little emphasis placed on the past, but instead, the focus is on the here and now, as well as what you want in the future.
To experience the effectiveness of any of my coaching programs, I suggest clients make an initial 3-month commitment. At the end of the 3 months, we will evaluate your progress and discuss options for continued coaching. We will start with an initial assessment to define your short and long-term goals, everything from communications skills to personal acceptance and more. We will then use these goals as a foundation to create a strategy for attaining these objectives and gaining success.
